The Ogun state chapter of the Sports Writers’ Association of Nigeria (SWAN) this Wednesday held its SWAN Forum for the month of October with Adron Homes & Properties Limited the guest at the forum.
In a packed Ogun SWAN office at the MKO Abiola Intl Stadium, Kuto, Abeokuta, sport writers from the Gateway state gathered to receive the Director General of Adron Homes, Mr Ayodeji Omoniyi who was representing the CEO of the company, Aare Emmanuel Adetola King.
In his welcome address, the chairman of Ogun SWAN, Alhaji Hakeem Akintunde thanked Adron Homes for honouring the invitation of the association and saluted Adron Homes for their various stride in sports development in the country.
Responding, the DG, Mr Ayodeji used the opportunity to appreciate SWAN for the invitation as Adron Homes look forward to staging the 2021 Adron Games, the 5th in its series at the Gateway International Stadium, Sagamu.
The forum which allowed the top officials of the company to explain the modalities involved in staging the competition also had Mr Waheed Akanni, the consultant for the Games fielding questions from members of the press.
Highlights of the forum includes Adron Homes And Properties Limited agreeing to collaborate with Ogun SWAN to give its secretariat a facelift.
The 5th Adron Games will take centre stage from 18th November, 2021 to 20th November, 2021 in Ogun State.
