Spartaks Jurmala midfielder, Ogunniyi Omojesu has been named in the Latvian Higher League, team of the week for matchday two.
Omojesu was at the heart of Spartaks attacks as he featured for the whole 90mins in their 1-0 win over Mettu LU.
With his deft left touches and eye for a defence splitting pass, Omojesu was a thorn in the flesh of his team’s opponent and rightly so, he was named in the team of the week.
His left foot magic and dribbles was a problem for most duration of the game as Spartaks Jurmala fans are beginning to sing his praises.
The win as now placed Spartaks 5th on the log with 3pts from two matches.
