The agent of Sunshine Stars Ogunniyi “Omojesu” Timileyin has denied the report of his client transfer move of €10,000 to Latvian side, Spartaks Jurmala on a five year deal.
Bayo Adigun who exclusively told thevitalnews.com.ng that while the move is imminent, the quoted transfer fee is false.
“As I speak to you, Omojesu is not in Nigeria after being given permission to leave Sunshine Stars team camp for his next transfer move”
“However, the amount quoted for the transfer fee is totally wrong. We are even yet to finalize the deal”, he said.
“How can a player go for such a ridiculous amount?. Even academy players won’t go for such fee. The earlier story made of Omojesu is totally false”, he concluded.
Ogunniyi Timileyin scored in his last match for Sunhine Stars with a brilliant freekick to give the Akure Gunners a 1-0 win over FC Ifeanyi Ubah.
