Remo Stars FC of Ogun State have parted ways with club captain Saheed Lasisi on mutual consent, sources have informed thevitalnews.com.ng this Tuesday.
Saheed Lasisi joined Remo Stars FC in 2012, afterwards joined went on loan to play for Kogi United, Gateway United and Crown FC before returning to unite with the Sky Blue Stars in 2016.
He was part of the team that promoted the Sky Blue Stars to topflight football before returning to the lower side after the club relegated to the Nigeria National League.
Before the termination of his contract, he was appointed by Daniel Ogunmodede to become the captain of the side that didn't complete their league before the commencement of the coronavirus pandemic.
