Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL side, Enyimba, have now joined in the race to sign highly coveted Sunshine Stars’ midfielder, Ogunniyi Omojesu.
Omojesu was earlier on the verge of joining Lobi Stars last week but it now appears that final details of the deal couldn’t be reached and Enyimba have now joined in the race to sign one of the league’s finest midfielder.
The player who started off his football career at Via football academy before moving to Stationery Stores where he played for a season, has been likened to David Silva for his eye for pass and tricks with the ball.
Omojesu helped Sunshine Stars to ninth on the NPFL 2019/20 Log with 34pts from 25 matches.
He scored three goals in the process in 20 games which were against Adamawa Utd, Rivers United and Plateau Utd.
