Norwich City have been confirmed relegated from the premier league following a 4-0 defeat to West Ham United at the Carrow Road.
With Michael Antonio scoring all four goals for West Ham, it condemned them to the championship after only getting 21pts in 35 league matches.
Norwich became the first team in Premier League history to be relegated five times from the competition.
The Canaries' fate is now confirmed.
