Spanish LA liga outfit Real Betis is set to appoint former Manchester city and Westham manager Manuel Pellegrini as their New manager for next season,Spanish newspaper El Pais said on Wednesday.
The report said that the 66-year-old Chilean has agreed to sign a two-year contract with an option of a third year with the spainsh LA Liga club,Betis, who sacked Rubi as manager last month.
The club said that they wishes to wait until they have mathematically guaranteed their status in the top-flight before announcing they have hired Pellegrini according to Spanish Newspaper (AS Marca).
Real Betis are currently 14th in the Spanish LA Liga, nine points above the relegation zone .
Pellegrini won the premier league title with English giants Manchester city in 2014 as well as two league cup and had successful spell in spain's Topflight with Villarreal, who he took to the UEFA champions league semi-finals in 2006.
Pellegrini's last job was with English premier league side Westham united,who sacked him last December due to poor results .
