There are strong indications that 19 clubs in the NPFL have agreed to cancel the season, TVNng has been told.
It is being informed that 19 out of 20 premier league clubs have agreed to the cancelation of the league season while one club is bent on the 6teams playoff.
The NFF is seriously looking at the options before them before taking a decision.
A proposal to end the season was put forward to the honourable sports minister who has asked them to wait a little longer.
The NFF/LMC has a deadline of August to put forward Nigeria's continental entries and they know they have to do that fast
